Notice from the output of dmesg that neither grf0 nor ite0 are configured
(not even displayed!).  Since I don't have the kernel config file, I don't
know if an intvid0 device was specified, but I suspect it was (since it
was a GENERIC kernel).  I did make some intvid-related changes recently
-- that is, for built-in video -- so unless Allen has some code in the
netbsd.quadra kernels that he hasn't checked in, it might be worthwhile to
grab the GENERIC-12 kernel from

	ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/mac68k/kernels

and check to see if that works.  (Beware:  I won't guarantee that it
doesn't munch your disk, but I think Allen did in fact check in all of his
SCSI driver changes.  If so, it shouldn't be any more risky than usual.)
