*sigh*.  Operator error.  This fixed it.  Sorry to bother y'all.

mrouted no longer complains, but I haven't had a chance to actually try
things out yet.  (I suspect that my provider doesn't support IGMP -- I may
need to find a site to tunnel to before I can do anything with it.)
