Actually, it should run on System 7.0 and above.  I just miscoded the
check of what was returned from SysEnvirons().  I have made a fresh,
fixed binary available to Dinsdale and asked Allen and Scott to
update the distribution copies.

I could have sworn I typed that code in correctly, but sometimes we all make
mistakes. :-(
