Yes.  Every effort is made to ensure that the source tree can be used at
any given point, but there are of course no guarantees; occasional bugs
creep in (that are often fixed immediately).

It's supposed to be in /usr/bin/ktrace, and is in the base12 set.  Is this
not the case?
