	Here's another stupid question..but i just want to know to put my
own mind at ease :)
	How did you guys get the simple beep to work under the nroaml
environment..(and dt)?  is there any way to merge that hack into the X
dist? or is there some limitation as to why that can't be done?  well..i'm
sure there is a limitation..but can you elaborate as to why? :)
