They both say I've got a 68040 with 68040 MMU, which reminds me of
something...

A long time ago, when the card was still new to me (after having had a LC
with another '040 card; in fact one _with_ FPU) I thouroughly read the
manual. And that manual stated the following:

The Carrera040 control panel is NOT compatible with VM, RamDoubler or
anything else using the MMU.

Whoops. Maybe I should have thought about that before starting this mailing.
Oh, well. It's been fun. ;-)
