About that vanishing FTP site...

Thank you all for your comments.  I don't know why
ftp.uni-regensburg.de failed to even resolve to an IP address for a
few days there, but it's working now.  And that list of mirror sites is
helpful.  It turns out ftp.netbsd.org does have the same stuff, too.
