Do you really have 32-bit addressing on? I am not sure about your
machine, check the list on puma, but you should probably install
Mode32 from Apple, set 32 bit addressing in that control panel,
reboot, set 32-bit mode default in Memory Control Panel, reboot again
and then try to boot NetBSD.

Tell me if your card works when you will be able to boot.
