Some time between xntpd3-5.85 and now (pre-'87) I believe the problems
you reported regarding both declaration clashes and pll_trap (in
ntp_loopfilter) have been fixed.

I don't recall if these problems are fixed in '86 (currently available
on louie.udel.edu), but I hope that '87 will be released within the
week.
