I thought this was fixed.  Oh well.  Believe it or not, I think that the 
setting in the Map control panel may have something to do with it.  Make 
sure that the Map location is set for Johannesburg as well.

Is there still something in the kernel that needs to be set as well?  Or 
has the TZ option been deleted?
