Pico _should_ be in my pine distribution (unless I was asleep when I put
it together), and if not, it's in pico.tar.gz.

There's ftp.netbsd.org with a bunch of older (not current) ports of
things, there are a bunch of people who have various ports of various
things scattered everywhere, and it would be nice to have references to
more of those from the macbsd.com's ftp index page, maybe even a link to
the ftp index page from somewhere on the web tree?

ftp://ftp.macbsd.com/pub/NetBSD/contrib/unix/index.html (the ftp index
page) has a list of everything in contrib/unix.
