Just when you thought I had lost interest :)

intvidtest kernel version 0.4 is now available at:
ftp://ftp.macbsd.com/pub/outgoing/bjorn

This version adds the following:
- Attempted to add support for external PowerBook monitors
- Attempted to add Duo support the same way I did the PB160
- Attempted to add support for Duos docked to a DuoDock II

I am going to make the 0.4 revs the last one in the 0.x series. Hopefully this
rev will work as expected and I can close out 0.x and move on to the 1.x and,
more importantly, the 2.x kernels.
