I thought there were more people with working video out there but I keep
getting messages from more people saying they have to log in via serial.

Ok, as far as I know the following videos *don't* work:
Classic II
PB 160/180/165
PB 140/170/145/145B
and possibly some of the stranger 040 ones.

The funky thing about the PB140 et al is that they should already be supported
with the original code. I suspect that the video mapping code is severly
toasted. I think I'm going to have to kluge in quite a number of people
soon.

Let me know if your video doesn't work so I can figure out if there's a pattern
to this whole mess and/or fix it so that your video works.
