Ok, I've got a little test kernel ready. This time I believe the kernel will
work on the Classic II...I've forced the kernel to work off of the proper
address using an ugly hard-coded value.

I've also included my first shot at getting PowerBook 160/165/180 video going.

This stuff is a real hack and I'd like to bounce it off of a few people before
I upload it for general FTP. That means I have to do it through email.

If you're one of my regular testers let me know and I'll email you a copy.
However, please be sure that your email account can handle the giant mailing
since I've had problems with huge portions of a mailing bounce back at me :(
