ok im in the Alaska time zone which is 1 hour behind Pacific Coast time.
4 hours from east coast time... according to the map control panel,
Anchorage Alaska (where im at) is +9 GMT ... this translated into a GMT
bias of -600 if i am currect. However, when i boot netbsd it is always
off by an hour or two, maybe more... it SEEMS kind of random... USUALLY
the minutes and seconds are right on the nose, but if i decrease or
increase the value by +/- 60 it still doesnt hit it on the nose....
perhaps im doing something wrong or am misinformed somehow... any ideas?
Thanx
