If it's an old straight SE, not an SE/30, then you're still stuck.  It runs
a plain 68000 at 8MHZ.  You couldn't add an MMU and FPU even with a
soldering iron and hardware prototyping kit.  You need a 68020 or 68030
based machine.

Signature failed Preliminary Design Review.
Feasibility of a new signature is currently being evaluated.
