Thanks for looking this up - I had logged off before I read his message,
and thus couldn't jump right into Netscape to check it.

Didn't think of that.  I guess then its ok.  See, I don't care what the
if-modified-since header was sent, I just ALWAYS send the page back, so
your browser must be pretty darn stupid to not accept a page no matter what
(or it didn't bother to check the server after you went back or something
like that).

Reminder - Update your records when your system changes!  It only takes a
minute, and if we can keep the survey up to snuff, then we can at least
know what is working, and what isn't (for the most part).
