I managed to get a generic kernel built followed by the adbhack changes.
It worked smoothly modulo two problems: one patch in dev/clock.c couldn't
be applied (the third for line 474), and newadb.c didn't get moved into
the right place.

No big deal.  So I have the kernel built and cursory testing indicates that
it's functional.

Now all I have to do it hack the scsi driver to work on my Conner 1G drive
