Yes it works. You need the John P. Wittkoski kernel.
You can download it at ftp.microserve.com /ppp-pop/jpw/netbsd.9.26.gz
You can mail its author at jpw@insoft.com.
You also need recent binaries, from puma or eskimo.

I have just speeded-up my lciii cpu to 33Mhz - just by moving a resistor.
It is 30% quicker but the cpu needs absolutly a fan clip.
