Actually scratch that - we need the slow path, or we'd slow down fpsetround/
fpgetround - which probably is worse than slowing down FLT_ROUNDS.

Unless fpsetround() is wrong right now (haven't checked the manual yet) - but
noting that it did not change for the above mentioned change, someone please
review this carefully - I'm confused.
