I want to say I asked that question when an AT&T/Avaia phone system voice 
mail server died.  It ran on SCO UnixWare/OpenServer/Whatever (Something I 
wont even dabble in -- I draw the line at Minix).

It came down to whether NetBSD could provide kernel level driver 
interfaces to the 15 year old exotic EISA/MCA cards that interface with 
the PBX -- a clear no.
