AFAIK you just need to create a new directory in src/distrib/i386/floppies,
containing a Makefile cloned from the ones in bootfloppy-big and
bootfloppy-com; and add this directory to the list
in src/distrib/i386/floppies/Makefile
The new directory/makefile won't cause conflicts as they don't exist in
cvs. A potential issue is in  src/distrib/i386/floppies/Makefile, but
this one doens't change often.
