Correcting myself just after rebooting and enabling AHCI:
- for both first attempts, the AC was plugged, and both Windows XP and
NetBSD hanged again, with NetBSD hanging at "acpi0 at mainbus0: Advanced
Configuration and Power Interface"
- with the AC unplugged, NetBSD booted fine and I could re-plug it
during the boot process
- with the AC unplugged, Windows BSOD'd during the boot process with
some weird error 0x0000007b and rebooted after a second
- with the AC plugged again, Windows spitted a different BSOD with
something like "error code (0xc7??????, 0x????????, 0x????????,
0x????????)" and again, it rebooted too fast to even allow me to take a
picture.

This could be related after all. I would appreciate any hint :)
I attach my latest dmesg, and the DSDT stuff is found at:
