It isn't a fix, its just a really ugly special case hack. I've just
passed the raw pin value and the only reason I think it works is
because its routed straight to ioapic0 with 0 int_offset. The more I
think about a fix, the more I get this sinking feeling that I'm
getting pulled deeper into i386 MD. YUCK! :-)
