Hi,

I have a HighPoint card with RAID support. It shows up as an IDE
controller...

hptide0 at pci0 dev 11 function 0
hptide0: Triones/Highpoint HPT372A IDE Controller
hptide0: bus-master DMA support present
hptide0: primary channel wired to native-PCI mode
hptide0: using irq 12 for native-PCI interrupt
atabus0 at hptide0 channel 0
hptide0: secondary channel wired to native-PCI mode
atabus1 at hptide0 channel 1

... Does the htpdide driver really support this device albeit without
RAID capabilities?

I can use RaidFrame until the driver is ported. But I want to make sure
it's ok to use the card with the regular hptide driver.

Any help would be great.

Louis
