I always believed that binary packages for stable releases would end up in the
binary list for the individual package e.g.
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/current/pkgsrc/ham/tnt/README.html
Maybe I've got this wrong. Anyhow, this is the place a user will end-up
following the links from the NetBSD's home page.
