More info.

This is not a H/W problem. I run Windows XP MCE and passes all system
tests on my machine out of the box, and it doesn't miss a beat. I also
tried an in store T5212 eMachine (don't know the motherboard) and it
also went into the enless restart loop. A T6540 eMachine in the store
booted NetBSD just fine using the same 3.0 ISO CD image. Board is an
Intel Grant County 2, D102GGC2.

I updated the BIOS to Intel's most recent BIOS Update 1084
[GC11020M.86A] 11/10/2006 using the Windows express updater. The problem
remains.

I've seen one other post on www.bsdforums.org of someone having the same
problem, but no solution.

Has anyone solved this?

Anyone have a suggestion for changing Kernel options that would keep
this from happening?
