I have a notion that the FreeBSD/ia64 port must use an EFI
boot-loader.  I'm sure that I've seen it mentioned, somewhere.
Perhaps this could be re-purposed for NetBSD/EFI-on-ia32?

The mailing list archives seem to suggest that BootCamp is the
recommended way to get FreeBSD onto a Mac Mini, too, so it's
obviously not something that has actually been done or is
commonly done.
