hi,
i hav this problem working on an embedded board based on x86 platform,
especially the pentium 4 processor. its that i have a seperate diagnostics
kernel and a netbsd os on this board. one can select one of this immediately
after bios post. the problem is diagnostics kernel reports a cpu temperature
which is in the normal range. but my client is reporting a much higher cpu
temp when he uses the netbsd os. i'm using ne1617a as the temperature
sensor. i would like to know about some commands which can be run on
netbsd(ver3) to check cpu temp. also i would like to know the code where
this check is done. i'm a newb to netbsd.
please help.
emil
