I had the bluetooth stack pop up by toggling Fn-F5:

    ubt0 at uhub3 port 1 configuration 1 interface 0
    ubt0: Broadcom Corp BCM2045B, rev 2.00/1.00, addr 3

I haven't tried using it in any form, however (and hence why I
never posted about it).  This is on a kernel compiled from 2006/08/09.
