I got wine to build on 3.0stable after the recent update to 0.9.13, 
btw (with "PKG_OPTIONS.wine=-opengl" set).

winecfg would freeze at some point, and I'd have to 'kill -9' 
everything wine, but eventually I got notepad to start. But 
everything more complex than a 'wine winzip' either freezes 
eventually, or doesn't start at all.
