I'm on -current. I've had this patch applied to my local tree for a long
time but I accidentally removed it last week.
I can confim that it is still needed when using PCI bus power saving.
ACPI doesn't help.
I've found that pci clock stopping significantly prolongs battery life
(probably up to 10%) so I want to use it whenever I can.
