When I try that (mount -t msdos /dev/sd0d /mnt) I get the following
error message

mount_msdos: /dev/sd0d on /mnt: Invalid argument

and this in my dmesg

sd0: fabricating a geometry
sd0: fabricating a geometry

I also tried with mount /dev/sd0d /mnt but that gave this error
message that is fairly obvios:)

mount_ffs: /dev/sd0d on /mnt: incorrect super block
