Since the PCIBIOS_*_FIXUP options were renamed to PCI_*_FIXUP, the
documentation in pcibios(4) should probably be fixed. However, it's not
clear what man page they belong in - the names were changed because they're
not pcibios specific, but pci(4) is not x86-specific.
Thoughts? I've opened port-i386/30776 so this doesn't get lost.
