I still cannot figure it out. ping works, without any sort of delay or
anything of the like. It resolves anything that I throw at it.

The following all succeed without delay:

	ping
	traceroute
	dig
	nslookup
	ssh
	telnet
	finger
	tn3270

... And I'm sure more. Those are just the things that I have tried.

I'm not sure what is up with it, still, however, 'pine' and 'xauth'
still hang for five minutes.

 8215 root 2 0 5780K 1852K poll 0:00 0.00% 0.00% pine

If there is more that I can provide, please, let me know. Short of
giving someone access, though, there isn't much that I can proactively
supply because I don't know.

Is it okay to attach a gzipped text file containing the output of
'sysctl -a'? Would that help?

	Thanks again guys,
	Mike
