OK got it SK8N running with a I386 3.99.3 install floppy

(the later 3.xx beta install floppy kernel crashes on the SK8N)

Now I have a Frankenstein (3.99.3 kernel + 2.0.2  userland)

Any advice:

Should I update everything to 3.99.3 or patch the 2.0.2 kernel for
Promise R203xx support.
