And I forgot to mention: system is NetBSD 2.0.

Hm. I have options PCMCIADEBUG and PCMCIACISDEBUG compiled in.

What is the procedure (for dummies) of patching variables pcmcia_debug 
and pcmciacis_debug to 0xff at run-time using ddb(4)?
