You do have "options ISICPCMCIA_ELSA_MCALL"?

Besides, I'm not realy sure that card ever realy worked - they played
games with the CIS to make it look like a single-function card because
some ancient windows version could not deal with multi-function ones.
IIRC we would need a proper pcmcia_cis_quirks.c entry to make it work.
