We have a NetBSD 2.0.1 server.  It ran fine for a long time, but now it
seems to crash.  We turned off DIAGNOSTIC so it would just reboot and get
running again, but the basic problem was always "to_ticks >= 0" in
kern_timeout.c; I am told this was fixed by a recent change to the TCP code,
but a naive attempt at applying the patches didn't work.

We're seeing about a crash a day.  I currently don't very much suspect
hardware, simply because it's always exactly the same crash, and nothing else
is acting unusual at all.
