Yes.  But, then the package refuses to download.  Tried typing in 
'status' at the ftp> prompt and it says...

Gate ftp: ff, server (none), port ftpgate.
Passive mode: off; fallback to active mode: on.
Ntrans: off.
Nmap: off.
