Some level of ACPI support worked in 1.6.
But many bugfixes and new code are not backported to 1.6, so
if one wants some features of ACPI, one should upgrade to 2.0.

What version of manual do you intend to correct (1.6 or 2.0) ?

In 2.0 manual, it says only the fact (The acpi driver appeared
in NetBSD 1.6.) and the reader of the 2.0 manual must be using
2.0 anyway.

I think adding some addtional notes on 1.6 acpi manual makes sense.
