Hello, a question. I have a FC-1 from Teac and it is recognised but not at the
right format. This makes it unusable (it deletes itself off of the bus after
the first read command due to command errors - the unit is ok). This is
actually a scsi question. Is there a known way to tell the scsi disk driver
that I want a specific disc geometry per disk, i.e. override kernel detection
and disklabel information (if any) (I tried scsictl - no luck) ? Internet
searches show the FC-1 to have the exact same problem I have with netbsd. My
FC-1 is jumpered for 1.44MB.
thanks,
Peter
