Is there any tool for NetBSD to dump/write the EEPROM memory on a PCI card?
According to the datasheet for the PCI1520 chip it says that both
the PCI1520 bridge chip and the power switch are using the clock line as in=
put.

And for the PCI1520 to drive the serial clock line it needs either
proogramming of a bit in a register or the specific bit to be set
in the EEPROM.
