It seems perhaps that your kernel is quite old?  The NetBSD
pcidevs file in sys/dev/pci/ was update with PCI1520 info on 28
Apr 2003, and would have given you the product name instead of
the product code in the autoconf prinout above.

If all else fails, it might be a good idea to try a newer kernel.
