I guess there is nothing on the secondary channel, right ?
Can you disable this channel in BIOS ?
Otherwise, you can try one of the PCIBIOS_INTR_FIXUP (and maybe others
PCIBIOS irq related options), or ACPI_PCI_FIXUP
