does NetBSD's fdisk show any partitions? my wild guess is that you need
a DOS-style fdisk disklabel on it in addition to the NetBSD disklabel.
NetBSD will work fine without the fdisk disklabel, but I suspect windows
doesn't know about NetBSD's disklabel.
