i got the install floppies booted.  i can get the network up.  i can ping IP
addresses.  i can resolve DNS names.  i can ping ftp.netbsd.org from that
machine.  cool.

i cannot connect to any ftp server, whatsoever.  not ftp.netbsd.org, not my
other laptop, not my Sun gear.  nada.

please help, i'm OH SO close to getting NetBSD on this thing!
