I'll try that.  If VT82C686A is a PCI-ISA bridge (like dmesg says on another
machine), then the Shuttle probably doesn't have one - it uses

pcib0: VIA Technologies VT8235 (Apollo KT400) PCI-ISA Bridge (rev. 0x00)
