Since TCO timer is a function of LPC Interface Bridge part,
it is implemented as a part of that driver.  Use instead of pcib, ie

ichlpcib* at pci? dev ? function ?
isa* at ichlpcib?

wdogctl(8) timer name should be ichlpcib0.
