With this patch (and some more glue code) suspend no longer faults when
suspending, when unsuspending however something gets might upset and usb
code complains loadly and then the ata driver makes the machine hang (tells
me missed interrupt and then the harddisk light lights up and never goes
out).

I don't know very little about the inside and is mostly guessing, it seems
like the acpi code removes the page mapping, so I copied and adapted the
freebsd code. Can someone that understand this look it over ?
